Poster Presentation Guidelines

Dear ICCT2025 attendees,

Please review the following guidelines carefully:

(I) Main Poster Session (Tuesday Afternoon)

The primary and obligatory format for poster presentations is the traditional printed poster.

Poster Size: A0 (841 x 1189 mm)

(II) Optional Poster Display on LCD Screens

In addition to the traditional printed posters, we offer the opportunity to display your poster on 75" LCD screens located throughout the conference venue. This optional format is intended to enhance the visibility and accessibility of your work during the event.

Important Notes:

This is not an official presentation format.
The content displayed on the LCD screen must be identical to your physical poster, aside from adjustments for size or layout.

To optimize your poster presentation for the LCD displays please take into account the following screen dimensions:

Landscape 16:9 orientation; diagonal screen: 1905 mm (75 inches), 1661 mm (length) x 935 mm (height).

To ensure your poster fits the LCD screen format, you may need to resize and reorganize the content.
