Abstract Submission

Researchers are invited to submit their abstracts for consideration for presentation at the conference during this period.

The scientific committee will review submitted abstracts based on relevance, originality, scientific merit, and adherence to the conference theme. Accepted submissions will be notified by email.

Notification of Acceptance

• Sent by: April 15th, 2025

Authors will receive notifications regarding the acceptance of their abstracts. Details about presentation formats (oral or poster), guidelines, and scheduling will be provided to accepted presenters.
